I am a caring and helpful person who enjoys meeting different types of people, have the ability to manage a varied workload and enjoy the challenge of new tasks, possess an outgoing personality, work well under pressure and as a team member. I am organised and responsible and can work without supervision or as part of a team.
I am a self-motivated, reliable and calm person at all times with a great sense of humour. I have always been punctual with work, enthusiastic and always work hard to the best of my abilities. I am a fast learner with the passion to try something new, whether it is at work or within everyday life. I have had various experiences within the workplace including working with machinery, some electrical components, with personal care, health & safety, etc.

Employment history
Main Duties; These vary from one support role to another, depending on the client.
The majority of the work I fulfil within the social work settings include; key working, in-house education, recording relevant confidential information, cleaning, cooking, attending arranged activities, arrange and supervise contacts, liaise with outside agencies. In addition I endeavour to follow guidelines from the green paper published 'Every Child Matters' pertaining to the five outcomes.
SHROPSHIRE COUNCIL – 2014 to present
Foster Carer / Connected Person – for looked after children coming out of care – 16 plus.
SBL Support Board and Lodgings – for those leaving Care, the next step before full independence.
SELF EMPLOYED CARE WORKER - Since 2012 –
Working in the community, caring for people in their homes and in residential homes, hospitals as a health care assistance.
AGENCY WORK – 2004 to 2012
Various care agency work, including personal care. Contracted to work with young people from 16 years onwards who are leaving care.
