Through our strong partnerships with businesses across the county, we have identified that many find it challenging recruiting the right people with the right skills, in a swift and efficient manner. People Portal is a collaboration between Shropshire Chamber of Commerce and Job Centre Plus, and aims to provide an efficient recruitment service for employers and candidates alike, saving both time and money. Many candidates are facing the challenge of not being able to accurately convey and reflect their wealth of skills and abilities through the conventional process of a standard CV, and as a result are failing to secure roles that they could be just right for.
