An IT contractor with twenty years experience in desktop and server infrastructure, service delivery and technical support; used to working in ITIL defined environments operating to key performance indicators and within service level agreements.
Matt has worked in various roles for brand names including Samsung, Epson, Compucenter, and HP providing hands on, straight talking, get it done solutions.

Overview:
HP is partner to the Ministry Of Defence as part of the ATLAS consortium to provide IT services. Matt transferred into HP from the MOD Civil Service when ATLAS gained the contract.

Overview:
Operating a six wheel curtain side fully enclosed truck for the transportation of classic and prestige cars to customers and dealerships throughout the UK.

Overview:
Samsung are a world leader in electronics manufacture. At the time, the entire European notebook service division was managed via the UK.
